In short: be cool, don't expect financial returns, the bots belong to the studio, the art belongs to you (within the licence below).

1. The Collection

Robinhood AI Swarm ("the Collection") is a series of 10,000 unique digital artworks — 9,950 generative pieces and 50 one-of-one Gold Legends — minted as NFTs on the Robinhood Chain. "Minting" refers to the on-chain registration of your token; the exact contract address will be published at mint.

2. No Financial Advice, No Guarantees

Nothing on this site, in the Collection metadata, or in any community channel is financial advice.
NFTs are volatile assets. The price of your token may go down as well as up, including to zero. Never spend more than you can afford to lose.
Rarity tiers, traits and "Gold Legend" designations are creative features of the artwork, not promises of value or utility.

3. AI Agent Platform — Scope & No Profit Claims

Part of the Collection's mission is the development of autonomous AI agents (trading, analytics, social media). You acknowledge and accept:

The agents are owned and operated by DOO SUM WORK. Holding a token does not grant ownership, equity, revenue share, or control over any agent, bot, strategy, or treasury.
Agent performance is not guaranteed. Past output — including any profits demonstrated by studio-run bots — does not predict future results. Trading bots can and do lose money.
Mint proceeds fund development at the studio's discretion. No specific deliverables, timelines, or returns are promised or owed.
Insights or signals produced by the agents, where shared with holders, are informational only and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. You alone are responsible for any trade you make.

4. Eligibility

The Collection is intended for users aged 18 and over (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction, including any restrictions on NFT or crypto-asset participation. By minting or purchasing, you confirm you are not in breach of any applicable sanctions, local law, or the terms of any marketplace.

5. Intellectual Property & Licence

Upon lawful acquisition of a token, the holder receives a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, copy, and display the artwork of their token for personal, non-commercial purposes, including profile pictures and personal galleries.

Commercial use of a token's artwork requires prior written permission from DOO SUM WORK.
DOO SUM WORK retains ownership of the underlying art style, brand names ("Robinhood AI Swarm", "DOO SUM WORK"), the character design system, and all agent software.
The name "Robinhood" is used in homage as a fictional archetype. The Collection is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Robinhood Markets, Inc. or Robinhood Crypto, and is not issued by them. "Robinhood Chain" references the blockchain network only.

6. Mint & Sales

Mint price, allocation, and schedule are announced via official channels only (this site and the studio's official X account). Beware fake contract addresses — always verify on this page.
All mints and sales are final. There are no refunds, buy-backs, or cancellations once a transaction is confirmed on-chain.
We may pause, extend, or modify mint mechanics (including anti-bot measures) at any time for security or fairness.

7. Community Conduct

Holders and community members must not: impersonate the team; run scams, phishing or fake mints targeting the community; harass other members; or use the Collection brand to promote illegal activity. Violations may result in removal from community spaces. Token ownership does not exempt anyone from these rules.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOO SUM WORK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost tokens, or gas fees — arising from use of this site, minting, holding, or reselling tokens, or from reliance on any agent output. Everything is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued holding or participation after changes constitutes acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
